My boyfriend strained his PCL while snowboarding a few months ago. He walks with a straight leg and feels a peircing pain whenever he turns it, gets up too fast, or appies too much pressure. The doctor told him to work on strengthening it up again. What kind of exercises can he do to help this? Is running okay?
