I want to go snowboarding in the US or Canada at the start of Nov – where shoud I go?
I’m still at the Novice/Beginner stage so somewhere not so tricky and with plenty of powder would be nice…as would a good nightlife.
In CO there will be 2 resorts open that early, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland, neither have a night life. But if you can wait a couple weeks, Copper Mountain is a great place. they usualy get alot of snow, has a fun night life, and it’s a great place as a beginner. The mountain has naturaly divided terraine, meaning all the green (easy) runs are on one side of the mtn, blue (medium) are in the middle, and expert terraine is on the far side and the back bowls. So you don’t have to worrie about getting in over your head accedently. But, if you are looking for a night life mostly, Breckenridge, and Keystone tend to be pretty rowdy.
