Snowboard Bindings? Women’s?

Can anyone recommend some good snowboard bindings for the ladies? Intermediate rider, mostly freeride with some freestyle, looking to spend less around $150 but may be able to get some more expensive bindings at discount. I love the Burton capstrap but I’m a little anti-Burton. Does it make more sense to get a guy’s binding in size small?
I just hate that Burton has their own silly binding mounting system, it’s just a pain in the butt for everyone except Burton who profits off it.

I keep hearing mixed stuff about Burton bindings, too.

Does the mixed toe/cap strap thing really work as good? I think Salomon has that too, like Rome.

Flux Super Emblems

They are super playful and are ridden by team riders Sara Phillips and Laura Hadar. I have the MH4′s which are like the emblems, a step below the supers. Both the emblems and supers are great bindings.

I rode Burton lexa’s, escapades, Notoris. I LOVE my MH4′s!

If she is going to go with Rome she should go with the WOMENS binding, the Madison’s. And yes, the rome cap staps work great! No slippage at all with the same feel.
