Will my snowboard come out of the checked baggage area?
I’m traveling with my snowboard and I’m checking it. Does anyone know if they put it in a special compartment in the cargo area (so it’s not with other luggage)?
Also, when I’m ready to get my suitcase from the baggage claim area, is that where I can get my snowboard also?
sometimes it will, othertimes it may not.
some airports (most major ones) have an ‘oversize baggage pickup’. When you check your snowbaord in, ask the attendant if they know where you pick it up from as they may know.
