How do you fix (put on) Burton Mint Womens snowboards boots?

I tried to put mine on and they were too tight how do you fix them? (loosen them)

you might have too small of a size to begin with. but i have a hard time getting my boots in sometimes too. take off the laces on the top half where your legs are but not the laces on your toe. loosen the strings on the smaller boot inside the actual boot and try to get your foot in. if you can get it in then. tie everything back up and walk around a little bit. straightening your legs and moving your feet around will loosen them a bit. but if your still feeling way too uncomfortable with the shoes definitely take them back and get the next size up. i’m a 7 in regular shoes but i always buy my snowboarding boots 7.5
